摘 要:研究以绩效棱柱与目标和管理成果(OKR)理论模型为视角,聚焦高校无形资产绩效管理,提出要形成多方联动的闭环式管理实施路径,从真正落实响应国家关于国有资产管理政策出发,为高校在实践中提供具备可操作性的无形资产绩效管理技术路径提供价值参考。研究采用理论研究与实践应用研究相结合的方法,依据政策导向,总结目前A市几所高校无形资产绩效管理实际操作中面临的问题,对其中利益相关主体满意度、组织战略、业务流程、组织能力、利益相关主体的贡献等绩效关键因素进行分析,聚焦目标和关键成果,提出管理路径的合理化实施建议。The research takes the performance prism and objectives and key results(OKR)theoretical model as perspectives,focuses on intangible assets performance management of colleges,comes up with implementation approaches for forming closed-loop management with multi-lateral cooperation,starts from practicable implementation of and response to national policies regarding state-owned assets management,and offers valuable reference for colleges to provide workable intangible assets performance management techniques and ap-proaches in practice.The research adopts the way of theoretical research in combination with practical application research,summarizes problems according to policy orientation that several colleges in A city are faced with at present during actual operation of intangible assets performance management,analyzes key performance factors like stakeholder satisfaction,organizational strategy,operation flow,organization competence,stakeholder contribution,etc.,focuses targets and key outcomes,and comes up with suggestions for implementation of manage-ment approach rationalization.
