摘　　要：目的采用可视化分析方法全面了解国内下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)护理干预的研究进展和热点。方法检索并筛选中国知网(CNKI)1980—2022年DVT护理干预的相关文献,通过CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件生成作者、研究机构和关键词等信息进行可视化分析。结果共纳入符合标准的1456篇文献进行研究。年发文量在2019年前呈上升趋势,2019年后呈回落趋势。可视化图谱共纳入443位作者,32位作者的发文量≥2篇,5位作者发文量≥3篇,代表作者有张琳娜、王丽、刘丹等;研究机构共纳入409所,9所机构发文量≥3篇,主要研究机构有郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院、河南科技大学第一附属医院、大庆油田总医院等;共纳入336个关键词,有46个关键词出现频次≥10次,涉及到的护理干预方法有综合护理、循证护理、术中护理、康复护理等;近年突现关键词有“胃癌”“凝血功能”“凝血指标”。结论DVT护理干预研究近年来有下降趋势,但仍较热门,需加强多机构合作交流以增强整体影响力;DVT护理干预研究主要集中于临床研究,且评价指标不统一,在基础研究领域发展薄弱,在今后应进一步统一评价指标,强化基础研究,明确护理干预DVT的具体机制。Objective To comprehensively understand the research progress and hot spots of nursing intervention for lower limb deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in China by using visual analysis method.Methods Retrieve and screen relevant literature on DVT nursing interventions from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 1980 to 2022,and use CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software to generate information such as authors,research institutions,and keywords for visual analysis.Results A total of 1456 articles that met the standards were included in the study.The annual publication volume showed an upward trend before 2019 and a downward trend after 2019.A total of 443 authors were included in the visualization graph,with 32 authors having a publication volume of≥2 and 5 authors having a publication volume of≥3.Representative authors include Zhang Linna,Wang Li,Liu Dan,etc.A total of 409 research institutions were included,with a total of 9 institutions publishing≥3 articles.The main research institutions include Luoyang Central Hospital affiliated with Zhengzhou University,the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology,and Daqing Oilfield General Hospital;A total of 336 keywords were included,with 46 keywords appearing≥10 times.The nursing intervention methods involved include comprehensive nursing,evidence-based nursing,intraoperative nursing,rehabilitation nursing,etc.In recent years,keywords that have emerged include"gastric cancer","coagulation function",and"coagulation indicators".Conclusion:The research on DVT nursing intervention has shown a downward trend in recent years,but it is still popular.It is necessary to strengthen cooperation and communication among multiple institutions to enhance overall influence;The research on DVT nursing intervention mainly focuses on clinical research,and the evaluation indicators are not unified.The development in the field of basic research is weak.In the future,it is necessary to further unify the evaluation indicators,strengthen basic research,and clarify th
