摘 要:供销合作社是社会主义计划经济时代重要的商品流通渠道,曾承载着国家经济活动的光荣与梦想,也曾伴随着市场经济改革而衰落,而今则是国家推进“三农”工作和中国式农业农村现代化的重要载体。乡村振兴背景下的供销合作社探寻发展之路十分迫切,历史原因使其转型处于艰难境地。数字技术嵌入能实现供销合作社价值再创以满足农业发展需求,数字要素渗透能提升现代供销合作社治理能力。要从增强供销合作社内生动力、拓展“三农”服务功能、完善数字化农村物流体系,促进更多绿色农产品生产。成立合作社金融合作平台为“三农”提供信用支持和市场化服务,以构建综合信息服务体系。调动相关社会资源参与“数字+供销社”建设,实现金融、电商、物流和绿色农产品协同发展的现代供销合作社价值,构建乡村商业高质量发展新生态。Supply and Marketing Cooperatives(SMCs)were once an important channel of commodity circulation in the socialist planned economy,which had carried the glory and dreams of national economic activities,but receded along with the market economy reform.However,at present,they have become important carriers of national efforts to promote the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"work and Chinese agricultural and rural modernization.In the context of rural revitalization,it is urgent for SMCs to find a way to develop,because historical reasons have rendered them to a difficult situation to transform.This paper discusses the value restoration of SMCs through embedment of digital technology to meet the needs of agricultural development,and the penetration of digital elements to enhance the governance capacity of modern SMCs.This paper also proposes an approach to reconstruct a high-quality rural commercial development ecology from the following aspects:the promotion of the endogenous power of SMCs,expansion of their service functions for"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",improvement of the digital rural logistics system to promote the production of more green agricultural products,establishment of the financial cooperation platform of SMCs to provide credit support and market-oriented services for"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"so as to build a comprehensive information service system,mobilization of relevant social resources to participate in the"digit+SMCs construction for an integrated development of finance,e-commerce,logistics and green agricultural products.
