摘 要:制造业服务化趋势下模块化生产方式为模块产品服务创造了契机。基于此,本文考虑由模块供应商和制造商组成的二级供应链,二者不仅存在模块产品供需关系,而且在服务化趋势下,制造商通过服务委托向模块供应商集成服务资源。通过比较制造商自身提供服务和制造商委托模块供应商提供服务两种模式,本文探求供应链成员模块产品服务的模式选择问题。研究发现,产品质量对模块批发价、服务水平、产品价格及利润均存在正效应,高质量产品更适合成为传递服务价值的载体;模块供应商的服务投入能力和制造商的服务投入能力两个维度共同影响两种模式产品价格,制造商增加服务委托费用于富有服务效率的模块供应商最终会实现服务价值长期积累后的颠覆性结果;中等及以下水平的消费者质量敏感性和服务依赖度能够让供应链成员在服务委托模式下实现双赢;服务化转型过程中,消费者服务需求意识是一个逐步觉醒到强化的过程,应对服务市场加以培育以达到服务增加收益的诉求。Modular production brings new opportunities for service provisions under the trends of servitization.The modular products,such as wind turbs,electric vehicle batteries and engines,encapsulate a lot of expertise so it is necessary for the module supplier who is the original equipment manufacturer of modules to be the service provider.In addition,due to the long-term partner relationship between them,the manufacturer knows the supplier′s module-based service ability and considers to delegate the supplier to offer module-based services.In practice,some manufacturers have started to team up with module suppliers to provide better module-based services for end consumers.We examine a two-echelon supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a module supplier.The manufacturer first sources modules from its supplier and then produces final products with a bundled price of product and service.During the after-sales stage,the manufacturer considers to delegate its upstream module supplier to provide services(VS mode)rather than the manufacturer itself provides services(MS mode).In the MS mode,the module supplier first determines the module wholesale price and then the manufacturer determines the service level.Finally,the manufacturer determines the product price.In the VS mode,the module supplier first determines the module wholesale price and then determines the service level.Finally,the manufacturer determines the product price.There is an equilibrium in each service mode to maximize each member′s profit and comparisons of two service modes are presented.There are some important conclusions and managerial insights we can derive.Firstly,it states that the product quality has a positive impact on the module wholesale price,service level,product price and profits,and products with high quality are more suitable to be the“platform”to deliver product services.It is in accordance with some extant research.Secondly,with the increase of service dependency degree,the module wholesale price,service level,product price and
