类方形蜂窝夹层结构的声振特性研究

摘  要:基于Reddy高阶剪切变形理论和双三角函数法,建立了类方形蜂窝夹层结构振动固有频率理论模型和隔声特性理论模型,运用Workbench和声学软件Virtual Lab分别对此夹层结构进行振动模态分析和声振耦合分析。结果表明,影响类方形蜂窝夹层结构隔声量的3个主要因素按所占权重由大到小依次为夹芯壁厚、面板厚度、夹芯高度。与传统六边形蜂窝夹层结构相比,类方形蜂窝夹层结构隔声性能更好。According to Reddy high-order shear deformation theory and double trigonometric function method,the vibration natural frequency theoretical model and sound insulation characteristic theoretical model of quasi-square honeycomb sandwich structure were established,and the vibration modal analysis and acoustic coupling analysis were performed by Workbench and acoustic software Virtual Lab,respectively.The results show that the three main factors affecting sound insulation of honeycomb sandwich structure from high to low are sandwich wall thickness,panel thickness and sandwich height.Compared with the traditional hexagonal honeycomb,the sound insulation performance of the honeycomb sandwich structure is better.
