基于“肾在志为恐”及经络理论探讨焦虑症

摘　　要：随着社会发展,焦虑症愈发成为现代人的高发病症。患者常常表现为担心、惶恐、烦躁,对未来不真实或者不存在的事情恐惧。现代医学对于焦虑症的治疗主要关注于心、脑、肝,而肾在焦虑症的发病机制和治疗原则中却论述较少。“肾在志为恐”理论起源于《黄帝内经》,是以“肾藏精”理论为基础,对过度恐惧所致疾病的概括总结。而过度恐惧恰恰是焦虑症的主要症状与致病因素,故“肾在志为恐”理论与焦虑症的关系十分密切。文章通过文献研究发现,应用补肾中药及方剂治疗焦虑症时,与有敛降作用的中药配合使用疗效更佳,且通过调节被阻塞或损伤的经脉,其病候反应自然可以得到改善,结合临床,探讨焦虑症与肾及相关经络的生理、病理关系,在临证时,应全面考虑,辨证准确,灵活选穴,可联合选取多种刺灸法相配合,除了运用经络脏腑辨证,还要重视“是动病”与“所生病”在经络辨证治疗中的指导作用,再配合循经取穴,其效必彰。联合使用心理疏导有助改善患者人格基础,以期为临床治疗焦虑症开拓思路。With the development of society,anxiety has become a high incidence disease of modern people.Patients are often worried,anxious,upset,and afraid of things that are unreal or non-existent in the future.The treatment of anxiety disorder in modern medicine mainly focuses on the heart,brain and liver,while the pathogenesis and treatment principles of kidney in anxiety disorder are less discussed.The theory of the emotion of the kidney being fear originated from the Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),which is a summary of diseases caused by excessive fear based on the theory of the kidney stores essence.Excessive fear is exactly the main symptom and pathogenic factor of anxiety disorder,so the theory of the emotion of the kidney being fear is closely related to anxiety disorder.This article found through literature that when using tonic TCM medicine and prescriptions to treat anxiety,the effect is better when combined with TCM medicine with a lowering effect,and by adjusting the blocked or damaged meridians,its symptom response can naturally be improved,combined with clinical,to explore the physiological and pathological relationship between anxiety disorders and kidney and related meridians,in the clinical evidence,should be comprehensively considered,accurate differentiation,flexible acupoint selection,can be combined with a variety of moxibustion methods to cooperate,in addition to the use of meridian organ differentiation,but also pay attention to is a motion disease and sick.The guiding role in meridian differentiation treatment,coupled with the following meridian acupuncture,its effect will be highlighted.The combined use of psychological counseling can help improve the personality foundation of patients,in order to open up ideas for clinical treatment of anxiety disorders.
