摘　　要：思想政治工作是高校各项工作的生命线,在高校教育教学过程中发挥着统领作用。对高校思想政治工作质量进行科学有效的测评是优化思想政治工作体系,提升整体办学质量的重要保障。在认真研究党中央、国务院、教育部等部门发布的系列指导性文件的基础上,遵循“三个结合”基本原则,构建出一套由八个子体系组成的高校思想政治工作质量测评指标体系,综合运用多种数据分析方法与技术手段进行测评,积极探索优化测评体系的方法与策略,不断推动新时代高校思想政治工作的健康发展。Ideological-political work is the lifeline of all works in colleges and universities,playing a guiding role in higher education.Scientific and effective quality evaluation is an important guarantee to optimize the system of ideological-political work and improve the entire education quality.On the basis of studying carefully the guidance documents issued by the Party Central Committee,the State Council,the Ministry of Education and other departments,and following the basic principle of“three unites”,this study constructs a set of quality evaluation index system,which consists of eight sub-systems,evaluate the system with variety of data analysis methods and technical means,and explore methods and strategies to optimize the system,so as to constantly promote the healthy development of ideological-political work in the new era.
