摘  要:文章基于2003-2020年179个城市的面板数据,通过全局超效率SBM模型对全国和七个研究区域的科技创新效率进行测度,并利用地理分布图、基于空间自相关检验的时空跃迁模型、Dagum基尼系数和空间计量方法分别对我国科技创新效率的时空格局、区域差异和收敛特征进行研究。结果表明,我国的科技创新效率在研究期内整体趋势向好,整体上存在正向溢出效应;大部分研究区域空间格局的路径依赖和锁定特征不断弱化,且极化现象由强转弱;组间差异是造成整体差异的重要原因;全国及七个研究区域的空间效应呈现差异化特征,但均存在向各自稳态水平收敛的趋势。Based on the panel data of 179 cities from 2003 to 2020,this paper measures the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of the whole country and seven study areas by using the global super efficiency SBM model,and investigates the spatial-temporal patterns,regional differences and convergence characteristics of China’s scientific and technological innovation efficiency by using the geographical distribution map,the spatial-temporal transition model based on spatial autocorrelation,Dagum Gini coefficient and spatial econometric approach respectively.The results are shown as follows:The overall trend of China’s scientific and technological innovation efficiency is positive during the study period,with a positive spillover effect on the whole.The path dependence and locking features of the spatial pattern in most study areas continue to weaken,and the polarization phenomenon changes from strong to weak.Inter-group difference is an important cause for the overall differences.The spatial effects of China and seven study areas show differentiation characteristics,but all tend to converge to their respective steady-state levels.
