摘　　要：目的 研究变应性鼻炎(AR)和非变应性鼻炎(NAR)患者鼻一氧化氮(NO)及鼻糖精清除时间(saccharin clearancetime,SCT)之间的相关性,及其与各组症状之间的相关关系。方法 本研究连续纳入AR及NAR患者共119例,并根据合并鼻窦受累(sinus inflammation,SI)与否分为AR组、ARw SI组、NAR组及NARw SI组;分别评估患者的症状、SCT、鼻NO水平,计算SCT与鼻NO及鼻部症状之间的相关关系。结果 总计有70例AR、49例NAR连续患者符合条件入选,同期入选健康对照组46例。根据鼻窦CT,AR组有34例合并鼻窦受累(ARw SI组),NAR组中有22例鼻窦受累(NARw SI组)。与对照组相比,AR、ARw SI及NARw SI患者的SCT时间显著延长,而NAR患者SCT与对照组相比无明显改变[(12.3±4.6)min vs.(8.4±2.6)min,P>0.05]。对比AR和NAR各亚组,SCT之间无显著差异(P均>0.05)。AR患者SCT显著延长,同时伴有鼻NO水平升高;相对于正常对照组,NARw SI及ARw SI组SCT明显延长(P均<0.001)。NAR组鼻NO和对照组鼻NO之间无统计学差异,SCT比较亦无统计学差异[(8.4±2.6)min vs.(12.3±4.6)min,P>0.05]。AR组SCT与鼻NO水平呈弱正相关关系,现有数据未达显著相关(r=0.212,P=0.078);在NAR组,SCT与鼻NO水平呈负相关关系,现有数据可见为显著相关(r=-0.335,P=0.019)。结论 鼻NO和SCT都是评估黏膜纤毛传输系统的常用方法,均能反映鼻黏膜炎症水平,具有一定的相关性。然而在不同组别中表现出相反的相关关系。若SCT明显延长,需考虑鼻黏膜炎症较重或存在鼻窦受累的可能。OBJECTIVE To study the correlation between nasal nitric oxide(NO)and saccharin test time(SCT)in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)and nonallergic rhinitis(NAR),and the correlation between SCT and symptoms in each subgroup.METHODS In this study,119 patients with AR or NAR were included in this study.Based on the sinus involved or not(sinus inflammation,SI),patients were divided into AR group,ARwSI group,NAR group and NARwSI group according to whether the complicated sinus was involved or not.The correlation between SCT and nasal NO and nasal symptoms,especially the change between SCT and nasal NO,was calculated.RESULTS A total of 70 consecutive patients with AR and 49 patients with NAR were recruited,and 46 healthy control patients were selected during the same period.According to the CT findings of the sinuses,34 cases in the AR group were classified into the ARwSI group,and 22 cases in the NAR group were classified into the NARwSI group.Compared with the control group,SCT in patients with AR,ARwSI and NARwSI was significantly prolonged,while the SCT of NAR patients was not significantly changed compared with the control group[(12.3±4.6)min vs(8.4±2.6)min,P>0.05].Comparing AR and NAR subgroups,there was no significant difference in SCT time(all P>0.05).AR patients showed significantly prolonged SCT with elevated nasal NO levels.Compared with normal control,NARwSI and ARwSI groups had significantly prolonged SCT(all P<0.001).There was no statistical difference in nasal NO between the NAR group and the normal control,and there was no statistical difference between the SCT[(8.4+2.6)min vs(12.3±4.6)min,P>0.05].In AR group,SCT had a weak positive correlation with nasal NO,and the existing data did not reach a significant correlation(r=-0.212,P=0.078);in NAR group,SCT was negatively correlated with nasal NO,and the existing data showed that it was significant correlation(r=-0.335,P=0.019).CONCLUSION Nasal NO and SCT are both commonly used methods to evaluate the mucociliary transport system,both of which can reflec
