摘 要:为控制2022年杭州亚运会赛艇皮划艇等水上项目比赛场馆的钢闸门底轴焊接质量,对同轴度误差进行了检测。分别采用水准仪、全站扫描、激光跟踪方法对同轴度误差进行检测。发现全站扫描和激光跟踪方法检测精度较水准仪检测方法高,激光跟踪方法比水准检测方法和全站扫描方法的检测效率高、检测精度高、操作方便。通过对比研究,采用激光跟踪方法对3扇水闸闸门的底轴和2扇船闸闸门底轴焊接前后同轴度进行检测,检测结果符合设计要求。In order to control the welding quality of the bottom shaft of steel gates for water sports venues,such as rowing and kayaking in 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games,the coaxiality errors were detected.The coaxiality errors were detected by level,total station scanning and laser tracking method.It is found that the detection accuracy of the whole station scanning and laser tracking method is higher than that of the level detection method.The laser tracking method has higher detection efficiency,higher detection accuracy and more convenient operation than the level detection method and the whole station scanning method.Through comparative studies,the laser tracking method is used to detect the coaxiality of the bottom shafts of three water gates and two boat gates before and after welding,and the results meet the design requirements.
