量化自我的用户参与效用及其内在作用路径

摘　　要：量化自我作为个人实施健康管理的手段,对践行“健康中国”战略具有重要意义。然而用户参与量化自我究竟具有怎样的效用及其具体作用路径如何还不清楚。基于此,文章通过招募176位被试开展实验研究,探索并验证量化自我用户参与效用及其内在作用路径,进一步分析当数据呈现方式以不同进展框架出现时,对量化自我用户参与效用的调节作用。研究发现:与非量化自我用户相比,参与量化自我可以显著促进用户健康行为改变意愿;自我赋权在量化自我对用户健康行为改变意愿的影响中发挥中介作用,即量化自我可以通过先作用自我赋权再影响健康行为改变意愿;进展框架对量化自我用户参与效用具有正向调节作用,即当数据反馈以基于过去的进展框架呈现时,更能促进自我赋权和健康行为改变意愿。As an effective means of individual health management,quantified self(QS)plays an important role in promoting people’s health-conscious and implementing the"Health China"strategy.However,the effects from users’participation and subsequent internal pathways are still not clear.This study has recruited 176 subjects to conduct an experimental study to explore the effects of QS participation and resulting actions.The effects on research subjects when data are presented in different presentation frameworks are also analyzed.The result shows that users who have participated in QS will display higher intentions to change their health behaviors when compared with non-QS participants.Self-empowerment plays a mediating role in the relationship between QS and health behavior change intention.Besides,when a progression framework is introduced,it is found that self-empowerment and health behavior change intention can be further improved.This study enriches theories of QS and has guiding values for QS movement in health management.
