摘　　要：2019年《新九叶集》出版标志着“北外诗群”的亮相。这群诗人以接续“九叶诗人”和“作者兼译者”的新诗传统为目标,与20世纪八九十年代以来“朦胧诗”“第三代诗歌”潮流同声相应。其创作感受敏锐、诗思冷静,善于抒写日常生活的平凡性及发掘点滴颖悟;对于中外语言文化“交叉地带”的描述,自信从容的气度折射出时代的进步,也是这一诗群化解近代“悲情史观”的极大特色。他们致力于外国当代诗歌、超越英法俄的多语种译介,拓宽了中国诗歌发展的眼界,业已融入中国新诗传统。《新九叶集》及“新九叶”诗人的出现,重新提出了学校教育与诗歌教育的严肃话题,值得引起关注与讨论。The publication of New Nine Leaves Collection in 2019 marked the appearance of“Beiwai Poetry Group”.This group of poets aims to follow the new poetic tradition of“Nine Leaves”poets and“writer-translator,”and is in line with the trend of“hazy poetry”and“third generation poetry”since the 1980s and 1990s.They have a keen sense of creation,calm poetry-style,and are good at expressing the ordinariness of daily life and exploring every bit of insight.The description of the“intersection zone”of Chinese and foreign languages and a confident and composed demeanor reflect the progress of the times,and they are also the great feature of this poem group to resolve the modern“tragic historical view”.They are committed to foreign contemporary poetry,beyond the multilingual translation of English,France and Russia.They have expanded the horizon of the development of Chinese poetry and have been integrated into the tradition of Chinese new poetry.The emergence of New Nine Leaves Collection and“New Nine Leaves”poets has brought forward the serious topic of school education and poetry education,which deserves attention and discussion.
