摘　　要：在21世纪的当下以及未来,国家的综合国力和国际竞争能力将会越来越多地取决于教育的发展水平、科技的发展速度以及人才的创新能力。坚持“科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力”,既是教育的使命,也是高校思政课教师的责任。作为以立德树人为使命的高校思政课教师,应树立三大理论思维:其一,“科技是第一生产力”的科技思维,充分认识科技教育的优先发展地位、战略支撑地位及其独特价值;其二,“人才是第一资源”的人才思维,深刻认识制约科教兴国的人才难题,努力践行“人才是第一资源”的人才理念;其三,“创新是第一动力”的创新思维,积极把握科教融合趋势,致力于从传统教育到创新教育的模式转换,以承担好强国使命、教育使命和民族复兴的伟大使命。Adhering to the principle of“technology is the primary productive force,talent is the primary resource,and innovation is the primary driving force”is not only the mission of education,but also the responsibility of ideological and political teachers in universities.As the teachers of ideological and political courses with the mission of establishing virtue and cultivating talents,we should establish three major theoretical thinking:firstly,the scientific and technological thinking of“technology is the primary productive force”,fully understanding the priority development status,strategic support status,and uniquely value of scientific and technological education;Secondly,the talent thinking of“talent is the primary resource”,profoundly recognize the talent challenges that constrain the revitalizing the country through science and education;Thirdly,the innovative thinking of“innovation is the primary driving force”actively grasps the trend of integrating science and education,and is committed to transforming the mode from traditional education to innovative education.
