热轧窄带钢08Al的工艺及性能研究

摘　　要：08Al作为深冲压用钢的代表,具有性能良好、性价比高等优点。本文参考08Al热轧中宽带的生产实践制定了08Al热轧窄带钢的生产工艺并试生产,对热轧后冷轧退火产品性能进行了研究。通过金相检验、力学性能检测、NR值检测等检测手段发现影响08Al产品冲压性能主要是热轧的终冷温度。对超快冷系统进行了改造,最终产品性能达到客户要求,使08Al的工业化生产打破了热轧窄带钢生产线不能生产深冲压用钢的限制,拓展了热轧窄带钢产品范围。08Al,as a representative of deep stamping steel,has the advantages of good performance and high cost performance.Based on the production practice of wide band in 08Al hot rolling,the production process of 08Al hot rolling narrow strip steel has been developed for trial production,and the properties of cold rolling annealing products after hot rolling have been studied.By means of metallographic inspection,mechanical property detection,NR value detection and other detection methods,it is found that the final cold temperature of hot rolling mainly affects the stamping performance of 08Al products.The ultrafast cooling system is reformed,and the final product performance meets the customer's requirements.The industrial production of 08Al breaks the limitation that hot rolled narrow strip steel production line can not produce steel for deep stamping,and expands the range of hot rolled narrow strip steel products.
