摘  要:在钻井过程中受到多方面参数的影响,导致钻机钻速波动,为此提出三维复合冲击下延长气田钻井钻进参数自动控制技术。根据气田地层对钻压的敏感程度选择钻头,计算钻头的扭矩变化、轴承的磨损速度以及钻头磨损系数,利用PID控制算法,获得泥浆的消耗量参数、孔深参数、钻压参数、漏水状态参数、烧钻参数以及岩层的软硬变化参数所对应的电流和电压信号,得到标准的参数数据,自动调整钻速、遇到岩石层增大扭矩、降低钻压以及确认钻井的方向,实现自动控制技术。实验证明技术可有效降低钻速的大幅度波动,提升工作效率。The drilling process is affected by various parameters,which leads to the fluctuation of drilling rate.Therefore,the automatic control technology of drilling parameters in Yanchang gas field under three-dimensional composite impact is proposed.According to the sensitivity of gas field formation to bit weight,the bit torque change,bearing wear speed and bit wear coefficient are calculated.By using PID control algorithm,the current and voltage signals corresponding to mud consumption parameters,hole depth parameters,bit weight parameters,water leakage state parameters,drilling burning parameters and rock layer soft and hard change parameters are obtained,and standard parameter data are obtained,so as to automatically adjust penetration rate,increase torque when encountering rock layer,reduce bit weight and confirm drilling direction,thus realizing automatic control technology.Experiments show that the technology can effectively reduce the large fluctuation of penetration rate and improve work efficiency.
