成人肌纤维瘤一例

摘　　要：肌纤维瘤是单发的良性间叶源性肿瘤,好发于2岁以下婴幼儿,成人少见。本文报道1例成人肌纤维瘤,表现为无痛性质硬的结节,无破溃,病理可见肿瘤团块呈“双相模式”,中央可见大量血管腔、无定型黏液样物质及圆形细胞,周边见大量旋涡状胖梭形细胞。免疫组化SMA(+),给予手术切除。Myofibroma is a single benign mesenchymal tumor,which usually occurs in infants under 2 years old and rarely in adults.We report a case of adult myofibroma.The patient presented with hard nodules without painand ulceration.Pothological examination showed that tumor masses could be seen in the dermis,which showed“biphasic pattern”.A large number of vascular cavities amorphous mucuslike substances and ronnd cells can be seen in the center,a large number of swirling fat fusiform cells can be seen around them.Immunohistochemistry showed the tumor cells were positive for SMA.The patient was treated with surgical resection.
