摘 要:基于工业革命更新换代、信息数字化技术发展及新医科建设,实施新一轮医学教育综合改革,建设一流病理学课程,其坚持立德树人育人、实现“四个回归”、深化教育信息数字化技术改革,根据本校的实际情况,优化利用本校的校本资源,将课程思政、互联网、人工智能高度融合教学各个环节,开展“融合式教学”。教学团队“融合式教学”实践后,采用问卷调查学生学习感受,发现学生喜欢自由的自学模式;学生的实践适应能力较强,统计分析显示学生自主观察后讲解组织切片的实验教学模式对巩固理论知识和锻炼阅片能力有显著成效,尤其是临床医学专业学生;2022年融合式教学下学生的综合成绩和末考成绩均较2018—2020年的考评方式的成绩有所提高,且综合成绩稍高于末考成绩,结合大学生参加创新训练项目立项结果,说明“融合式教学”考评方式较多维多面,可以更加全面综合的考察和培养学生,适应时代的迅速发展。教学团队经过这几年的教学改革实践,对“融合式教学”实践进行反思,为探索教学的高阶性、创新性、挑战度,因才优化形成性评价的学评和考评,提出一些整改措施。希望通过对病理学课程改革状况的研究和探索,创新真正适合本校学生和病理学自身特点的教学模式,加快推进一流课程建设。Based on the upgrading of the industrial revolution,the development of information digitalization technology and the construction of new medical science,we will implement a new round of comprehensive reform of medical education and build a first-class course in pathology.We will adhere to the moral education,realize the four returns,and deepen the reform of educational information digitalization technology.Based on the facts in our school,we optimized the utilization of school resources,and highly integrated the ideology and politics,the Internet,and artificial intelligence into all aspects of teaching to carry out Hybrid Learning.After the practice of Hybrid Learning,the teaching team surveyed students'learning feelings by questionnaire,and found that students preferred the free self-study mode.The students had strong adaptive ability to the practice.The statistical analysis showed that the teaching mode that explaining it after students independently observed the image under light microscopy had a significant effect on consolidating theoretical knowledge and training reading skills,especially for the students majoring in clinical medicine.Both the comprehensive scores and final examination ones of students under the integrated teaching in 2022 were improved compared with those under the evaluation mode of 2018-2020,and the comprehensive scores were slightly higher than the final examination ones.Combined with the results of the innovative and entrepreneurship projects for college students in our school,it showed that the Hybrid Learning evaluation method was multi-dimensional and multi-faceted,which can investigate and cultivate students to adapt to the rapid development of the era in a more comprehensive way.After several years of teaching reform and practice,the teaching team has reflected on the practice of Hybrid Learning,and proposed some corrective measures to explore the high-level,innovative,and challenging for teaching,and optimized the formative evaluation for students and exam in their own way.Throug
