摘 要:目的探讨新医科背景下流行病学的教学改革与教学模式方法。方法选取本校2017级和2018级五年制临床医学专业的学生共272名,分别作为对照组和实验组。对照组使用传统式教学方法进行教学,实验组利用线上线下交互式教学方式进行教学,两组对形成性考核和终结性考试成绩进行教学效果评价。结果实验组学生的实践操作能力和科研思维能力对比于对照组均有提高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),学生对课程思政的满意度高达96.92%,对虚拟仿真教学的加入满意度为100%。结论通过线上线下交互式教学,在目前新医科背景下流行病学的教学改革初探基本成功,该教学模式能够补充式提高医学生的动手操作能力,提升学生对科研思维能力的培养,有效地提高《流行病学》教学水平。Objective To explore the teaching reform and teaching mode methods of Epidemiology in the context of new medical science.Methods 272 students from the 2017 and 2018 five-year clinical majors in our university were divided into control group and the research group.The control group was taught using traditional teaching methods,while the research group was taught using online and offline interactive teaching methods,and both groups were evaluated for teaching effectiveness.Results Compared with the control group,the practical operation ability and scientific thinking ability were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students'satisfaction with the ideological and political theories teaching was as high as 96.92%,and the satisfaction with the Virtual Reality teaching was 100%.Conclusion Through online and offline interactive teaching method,the teaching mode can complementarily improve the practical operation ability,enhance the cultivation of students'ability to think about research,and effectively improve the quality of Epidemiology teaching.
