摘 要:目的研究融合情景模拟的视频教学模式在儿科临床护生带教中的应用。方法选取2020年在我院儿科实习的43名护生作为传统带教组,2021年实习的43名护生作为视频带教组。传统带教组按照传统带教的方法和步骤开展,视频带教组采用视频教学融合情景模拟的方式进行带教。教学结束后,对比不同教学模式下学生考试分数、临床演练、辩证思维和积极心理上的得分变化。结果视频带教组的考试成绩与临床演练得分优于传统带教组。并且在积极心理与辩证思维的测试中,视频带教组护生获得了更好的评价。结论视频教学融合情景模拟的方式,能够有效提升护生辩证思维能力和积极心理,有助于护生理论与操作技能的掌握。Objective To study the application of video teaching mode integrating scene simulation in pediatric clinical nursing students.Methods A total of 43 nursing students practicing in pediatrics in our hospital in 2020 were selected as the traditional teaching group,and 43 nursing students practicing in 2021 were selected as the video teaching group.The traditional teaching group carried out the teaching according to the traditional teaching methods and steps,while the video teaching group adopted the method of integrating video teaching with scene simulation.After the teaching,the score changes of students'test scores,clinical practice,dialectical thinking and positive psychology were compared under different teaching modes.Results The test scores and clinical exercise scores of the video teaching group were better than those of the traditional teaching group.And in the test of positive psychology and dialectical thinking,the video teaching group got better evaluation.Conclusion The combination of video teaching and scenario simulation can effectively improve the dialectical thinking ability and positive psychology of nursing students,and help them master the theoretical and operational skills.
