摘  要:“双碳”政策的提出使风电在电力系统中的占比持续增加,但风电出力的随机性和不确定性导致电力系统辅助服务成本升高、电网稳定性变差。为减少碳排放,降低发电成本,文章提出了一种兼顾碳排放和经济效益的抽水蓄能功率优化方法。在兼顾碳排放和经济收益的前提下,综合考虑风电出力不确定性、水库容量和系统功率平衡等影响因素,建立了考虑环境收益和经济收益的风电-火电-抽水蓄能联合运行模型。利用粒子群优化算法求解模型能够协调环境效益与经济效益之间的关系。算例分析结果表明,文章提出的兼顾碳排放和经济效益的抽水蓄能功率优化方法不仅能够减少电力系统的碳排放,降低经济成本,同时也能够提高风能利用率,提高风电消纳水平。The proposed dual carbon policy has led to a continuous increase in the share of wind power generation in the power system,however,the randomness and uncertainty of wind power output leads to high auxiliary service costs and poor grid stability in the power system.In order to reduce carbon emissions and power generation costs,a coordinated optimization method for windthermal-pumped storage systems was proposed by this thesis.On the premise of taking into account carbon emissions and economic benefits,a joint wind-thermal-pumped storage operation model considering environmental benefits and economic benefits was established,taking into account the uncertainty of wind power output,reservoir capacity and system power balance and other influencing factors.Through the coordinated control of pumped storage power plants,the carbon emissions of thermal power plants are reduced and the stability of the power system was improved.The model was solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm,which can better coordinate the relationship between environmental benefits and economic benefits.The results of the algorithm show that the coordinated optimization method of wind power-thermal power-pumped storage system can not only reduce the carbon emission and economic cost of the power system,but also improve the utilization rate of wind energy and increase the level of wind power consumption.
