摘　　要：小圆细胞恶性肿瘤是一类以小圆细胞为主的罕见恶性肿瘤。因组织学特征重叠,在光学显微镜下组织结构呈弥漫性分布,且难以明确组织学来源。小圆细胞恶性肿瘤由于缺乏典型临床表现及影像学检查无特异性,因此不易明确诊断导致高误诊率。术中突然发生肺栓塞罕见,盆腔小圆细胞恶性肿瘤并发术中肺栓塞极为罕见。本文报道笔者所在医院1例盆腔包块性质待查患者于手术过程中发生肺栓塞的病例。为了加深对小圆细胞恶性肿瘤和肺栓塞并发症的诊断和治疗经验,我们对病史进行了分析,并对文献进行了复习。Small round cell malignant tumor is a rare malignant tumor,which is mainly composed of small round cells.According to the overlap of histological characteristics of small round cell malignant tumors,the tissue structure is diffusely distributed under light microscope,and it is difficult to identify the histological origin.Small round cell malignant tumor due to the lack of typical clinical manifestations and imaging examination is not specific,so it is difficult to make a definite diagnosis,resulting in a high misdiagnosis rate.Intraoperative pulmonary embolism is rare,and pelvic small round cell malignant tumor complicated with intraoperative pulmonary embolism is extremely rare.This paper reports a case of pulmonary embolism that occurred in a patient with pelvic mass in our hospital during operation in our hospital.In order to deepen the experience in diagnosis and treatment of small round cell malignant tumor and pulmonary embolism complications,we analyzed the history and reviewed the literature.
