摘 要:针对暂态故障情况下使用反时限特性曲线无法准确计算继电保护定值这一问题,本研究将过流继电器动态特性的数值模型转化为线性方程,提出一种基于线性规划方法的过流继电器优化整定方法.该方法将过流继电器的反时限特性曲线进行多级划分,并根据划分结果将继电器动态方程转化为线性方程,以精确继电器的整定计算问题.此外,还将启发式算法与提出的线性规划方法进行结合,提出一种基于组合算法的过流继电器优化整定算法.本研究提出的组合算法使用启发式算法计算继电器的启动电流,并根据计算出的启动电流使用提出的线性规划方法确定继电器的动作时间,以确定最优的继电保护定值.最后进行IEEE-9与IEEE-14配电网络下的仿真分析,实验结果表明,本研究提出的组合算法可行有效.Aiming at the problem that the relay protection setting value can’t be accurately calculated by using the inverse time characteristic curve in the case of transient faults,this study converted the numerical model of the dynamic characteristics of the overcurrent relay into a linear equation,and proposed an overcurrent relay based on the linear programming method to optimize the tuning method.The method divided the inverse time characteristic curve of the overcurrent relay into multiple stages,and converts the dynamic equation of the relay into a linear equation according to the division result,so as to accurately calculate the setting value of the relay.In addition,this study combined the heuristic algorithm with the proposed linear programming method,and proposed an optimal coordination algorithm for overcurrent relays based on the combined algorithm.The proposed combined algorithm used the heuristic algorithm to calculate the starting current of the relay,and used the proposed linear programming method to determine the operating time of the relay according to the calculated starting current,so as to determine the optimal relay protection setting value.The simulation analysis of IEEE-9 and IEEE-14 distribution network was carried out.The experimental results show that the combined algorithm proposed in this paper is feasible and effective.
