内镜辅助下经鼻联合改良柯陆氏入路上颌窦异位牙伴含牙囊肿切除1例

摘　　要：本文报道了南京医科大学附属常州第二人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的1例青少年上颌窦异位牙伴含牙囊肿。患者男性,15岁,因“左侧颊面部肿胀伴疼痛1月”入院,入院诊断为左侧上颌窦异位牙伴含牙囊肿。行内镜辅助下经鼻联合改良柯陆氏入路上颌窦异位牙伴含牙囊肿切除术,术中取出异位牙一枚,术后密切随访2月未见复发。This paper reports a case of ectopic maxillary sinus tooth with dentigerous cyst in a teenager who was admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of Changzhou Second People's Hospital.The 15 years old male was admitted to the hospital due to"left face swelling with pain for one month",and was diagnosed as left maxillary sinus ectopic tooth with dentigerous cyst.Endoscopic assisted transnasal resection of maxillary sinus ectopic teeth with dentigerous cyst via modified Calderwell-Luc approach was performed.One ectopic tooth was taken out during the operation,and no recurrence was found after close followup for 2 months.
