摘  要:为选育出更多适应盐碱地的耐盐碱植物及拓展紫薇的应用范围,以10个紫薇品种为试材,设置4个NaCl胁迫处理浓度(0、50、100、200 mmol·L^(-1))开展盆栽试验,观察叶片受害症状,测定苗木生长表现及叶片的质膜透性、抗氧化酶活性、光合参数等生理生化指标,通过相关指数确定评价指标,利用隶属函数法结合权重,综合评价紫薇各品种的耐盐性。结果表明:10个紫薇品种间的新梢相对生长量、叶片相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性、净光合速率(P_(n))、胞间CO_(2)摩尔分数(C_(i))、气孔导度(G_(s))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))变化均存在显著或极显著差异。不同品种紫薇抗盐能力综合评价由大到小依次为‘玲珑红’、‘红叶’、‘紫精灵’、‘湘韵’、‘丹红紫叶’、‘火红紫叶’、‘紫韵’、‘赤红紫叶’、‘飞雪紫叶’、‘紫玉’。‘玲珑红’及‘红叶’具有更加优异的耐盐能力,可优先作为中国滨海盐土造林绿化树种。The experiment was conducted to breed more saline-alkali-tolerant plants,and expand the application rang of Lagerstroemia indica.Ten L.indica varieties were selected to carry out by pot experiment test under four salt stress levels(0,50,100 and 200 mmol·L^(-1)).The salt tolerance were analyzed by observing the symptoms of leaf damage.Some physiological and biochemical indexes were measured,such as growth performance of seedlings,plasma membrane permeability,antioxidant enzyme activity and photosynthetic parameter of leaves.The evaluation indexes were determined through the correlation index,and the membership function method is used in combination with weight to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance of each variety.The result showed that significant and highly significant differences in the relative shoot growth,leaf relative conductivity,MDA content,SOD activety,POD activety,APX activety,P_(n),C_(i),G_(s)and T_(r)of the ten L.indica varieties.The comprehensive evaluation ranking of salt tolerance ability of the ten varieties is‘Ling Long Hong’,‘Pink Velour’,‘Zi Jing Ling’,‘Xiang Yun’,‘Ebony Embers’,‘Ebony Flame’,‘Zi Yun’,‘Ebony Fire’,‘Ebony&Ivory’and‘Zi Yu’.‘Ling Long Hong’and‘Pink Velour’have more excellent salt tolerance,which can be prioritized as afforestation tree species in coastal saline-alkali areas of China.
