摘　　要：受宏观政策影响,企业亟须整合资源、再造流程和创新模式来适应当前业务和未来发展需要,四员联动正是基于该背景下企业管理模式的一种创新,其真正发挥实效离不开数字信息化手段提供的动能和支撑,而四员联动管理系统搭建的难点和前提是对四员信息的集成和共享,即企业知识库的构建。通过对行业大部分企业联动现状的分析总结,找出该项工作存在的主要问题以及如何以企业知识库为基础利用数字信息管理系统来促进四员联动工作提质增效、良性运转。对系统的主要功能模块运转流程做简要介绍,以期为同类企业提供借鉴。Under the influence of macro policies,enterprises are in urgent need of integrating resources,reengineering processes and innovating modes to meet the needs of current business and future development.The four-member linkage is an innovation of enterprise management mode based on this background,and its real effectiveness cannot be achieved without the momentum and support provided by digital information means.The difficulty and premise of the four-member linkage management system is the integration and sharing of four-member information,namely the construction of enterprise knowledge base.Based on the analysis and summary of the linkage status quo of most enterprises in the industry,this paper finds out the main problems existing in this work and how to design and use digital information management system based on the enterprise knowledge base to improve the quality and efficiency of the linkage work of the four members.In the end,the operation process of the main functional modules of the system is briefly introduced in order to provide reference for similar enterprises.
