摘　　要：马钢生产执行系统(MES)在生产中产生大量数据,存在数据零散、数据量大,单个曲线分析工作繁琐的不足。为了快速找到生产关键数据或异常点,提出采用信息冗余的方式处理数据,按照生产数据的时间相关性和空间相关性,参照音视频压缩技术进行处理;最后,基于对生产曲线的优化,对MES系统的实际应用进行优化,实现了矿山生产集中展现、预测分析、及时预警、快速处理等生产过程的精细化和智能化。The production execution system(MES)of Masteel produces a large amount of data in production,which has the disadvantages of scattered data,large amount of data and tedious analysis of single curve.In order to quickly find out the key data or abnormal points of production,the method of information redundancy is proposed to process the data,which is processed according to the time correlation and spatial correlation of production data with reference to audio and video compression technology.Finally,based on the optimization of the production curve,the practical application of the MES system is optimized,and the refinement and intelligence of the production process such as centralized display,prediction analysis,timely warning and rapid processing of mine production are realized.
