摘 要:目的 蛋白质精氨酸甲基转移酶5(PRMT5)和程序性细胞死亡配体1(PD-L1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其对预后的评估价值。方法 选取2015年10月至2019年10月我院收治的106例NSCLC患者为研究对象,均经过病理诊断确诊为NSCLC,在手术中切除其癌组织和癌旁组织(距离癌组织大于5cm)即为NSCLC组和癌旁组。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测PRMT5和PD-L1的表达;利用Kaplan-Meier法分析PRMT5和PD-L1与NSCLC患者预后的关系;Cox回归分析影响NSCLC患者预后的危险因素。结果 与癌旁组相比,NSCLC组PRMT5和PD-L1阳性表达率显著升高(P<0.05)。PRMT5和PD-L1的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度有关(P<0.05)。对NSCLC患者进行3年时间的随访,PRMT5和PD-L1阳性表达组患者生存率均低于阴性表达组(P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归分析结果显示,PRMT5和PD-L1表达水平是影响NSCLC患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC组织中PRMT5和PD-L1阳性表达率显著升高,与临床病理特征存在密切关系,对NSCLC患者的预后有一定的评估价值。Objective To investigate the expression of protein arginine methyltransferase 5(PRMT5)and programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and their prognostic values.Methods A total of 106 patients with NSCLC who were admitted to our hospital from October,2015 to October,2019 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were diagnosed as NSCLC by pathological diagnosis.The NSCLC group and paracancerous group were divided into NSCLC group and adjacent group after resection of their cancerous tissue and paracancerous tissue(more than 5cm away from the cancerous tissue).Immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect the expressions of PRMT5 and PD-L1;Kaplan-Meier method was applied to analyze the relationship between PRMT5 and PD-L1 and the prognosis of NSCLC patients;Cox regression analysis was applied to analyze the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with NSCLC.Results The positive expression rates of PRMT5 and PD-L1 in NSCLC group were higher than those in the adjacent group(P<0.05).The expressions of PRMT5 and PD-L1 were related to lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and differentiation(P<0.05).NSCLC patients were followed up for 3 years.The survival rates of PRMT5 and PD-L1 positive expression groups were lower than those of the negative expression groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the expression levels of PRMT5 and PD-L1 were risk factors affecting the prognosis of NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rates of PRMT5 and PD-L1 in NSCLC tissue are increased,which is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics,and has a certain value in evaluating the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
