摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发以来,分子生物学技术在医学检验科的地位和作用尤为突出,而住院医师规范化培训是高等医学院校学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,是培养合格检验医师的重要途经。后疫情时代,培养和储备能够熟练掌握分子生物学技术的人才迫在眉睫,检验专业住院医师有必要掌握分子生物学的基本理论和基本技术,为日后的临床工作打下坚实的基础。Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19),molecular biology methods have been playing an especially significant role in clinical laboratory.Standard training of laboratory residents is an important part of post-graduate education,which is the first step to train a qualified laboratory physician.In post-epidemic era,training competent personnel in molecular biology is extremely urgently needed.Mastering basic theory and technology is necessary for a laboratory resident,which will lay a solid foundation for future clinical work.
