摘  要:为了解江苏地区鸭源沙门氏菌流行情况,促进鸭养殖场沙门氏菌病防控,试验对1285份样品进行沙门氏菌分离、血清型鉴定、耐药性分析及基于脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)方法分子分型。结果显示:共分离207株沙门氏菌,分离率为16.10%,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为主要优势血清型(44.44%);抗生素耐药性分析表明,多重耐药现象严重,耐药种类在3种及以上的沙门氏菌分离株占85.51%;随机选取来源于7个市的43株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌PFGE亚分型显示,这些菌株可以分为4个聚类簇,同一市鼠伤寒沙门氏菌分离株同源性较高,也存在部分菌株同源性相差较大的现象,不同市鼠伤寒沙门氏菌分离株存在同源性较高的现象。研究表明,江苏地区散户鸭场沙门氏菌流行率较高,抗生素耐药性及多重耐药性严重,分离株可能有相同来源或者互相传播现象。To reveal the prevalence of Salmonella in duck farms in Jiangsu province and provide instructions for prevention and control of the bacteria in these farms,1285 samples collected from 29 free-range duck farms for Salmonella isolation and performed analysis of serotype identification,antimicrobial resistance phenotypes,molecular typing using pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)for the isolates.The results showed that 207 Salmonella strains were isolated from these samples,indicating the prevalence rate of 16.10%in the duck farms,and S.Typhimurium was the predominant serotype,taking up 44.44% of these isolates.Antimicrobial resistance analysis showed the majority of these isolates were multi-drug resistant,accounting for 85.51%.The genetic relationship of 43 S.Typhimurium isolates randomly selected from the seven cities for PFGE showed that the isolates were divided into four clades.Although in the same city,most of S.Typhimurium isolates were grouped into one clade,some isolates located in other clades.There were isolates from different cities in the same clade.It's suggested that there was high prevalence of Salmonella in free-range duck farms in Jiangsu,the antibiotic resistance and multi-drug resistance were serious,and the isolates might have the same origin or be transposed to each other.
