摘  要:核酸检测技术是目前动物疫病诊断和食品安全监测的重要手段。多重核酸检测技术可同时检测多种病原,具有通量高、损耗低的优势,在疫病诊断和食品安全监测等领域的应用越来越广泛。目前已研发出多种多重核酸检测技术,包括聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)多病原核酸检测技术、环介导等温扩增(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)多病原核酸检测技术、生物芯片多病原核酸检测技术、高通量测序多病原核酸检测技术等。由于检测原理不同,不同方法之间的检测性能存在较大差异。本文通过概述基于PCR/RT-PCR、LAMP/RT-LAMP、生物芯片、高通量测序建立的多重核酸检测技术,全面分析其在动物疫病诊断和食品安全监测领域中的特点和具体应用策略,以期推进病原检测技术的创新和发展,为动物疫病诊断及食品安全监测提供技术支持。Nucleic acid detection technology is an important tool for animal disease diagnosis and food safety monitoring.A variety of pathogens could be simultaneously detected by multiplex nucleic acid detection that has been widely used in disease diagnosis and food safety monitoring with the help of its advantages of high throughput and low loss.At present,multi-pathogen nucleic acid detection technologies including polymerase chain reaction(PCR),loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP),biochip and high-throughput sequencing has been developed.The performance of different methods is quite different,depending on their working principles.In the paper,multiplex nucleic acid detection technologies developed based on PCR/RT-PCR,LAMP/RT-LAMP,biochip and highthroughput sequencing were reviewed.The characteristics and specific application strategies in the fields of animal disease diagnosis and food safety monitoring were comprehensively analyzed,which was expected to promote the innovation and development of pathogen detection technology,and to support future animal disease diagnosis and food safety monitoring.
