结膜入路眶脂肪重置内固定法在下睑整复术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用结膜入路眶脂肪重置内固定法下睑整复术矫正睑袋膨出伴泪槽畸形以及眶下凹陷的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年6月于笔者医院行下睑整形术的90例患者,所有患者均使用结膜入路眶脂肪重置内固定法下睑整复术,术后随访6~12个月,留取手术前后照片进行对比观察,评价临床效果及术后满意度。结果:患者术后睑袋平坦,有效填充改善了泪槽沟以及眶下凹陷,恢复了下睑到中面部的单凸型曲线,睑颊轮廓线过渡自然,且对手术效果满意,86例(95.50%)患者对手术效果非常满意,4例(4.50%)患者对手术效果满意。结论:结膜入路眶脂肪重置内固定法下睑整复术效果稳定,是一种安全的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of conjunctival approach with orbital fat replacement and internal fixation on the correction of face pocket bulging with lacrimal groove malformation and suborbital depression.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,90 patients who underwent lower face plastic surgery in the author’s hospital were selected.All patients underwent lower face plastic surgery with orbital fat replacement and internal fixation through conjunctival approach.Postoperative follow-up was 6-12 months,and the photos before and after surgery were taken for comparison and observation to evaluate the clinical efiect and postoperative satisfaction.Results After operation,the eye bags were flat,the lacrimal groove and suborbital depression were efiectively filled,and the single convex curve from lower face to middle face was restored.The transition of the face frequencyjunction was natural,and the patients were satisfied with the operation efiect.86(95.50%)patient was very satisfied with the results of the operation,and 4(4.50%)patient was satisfied with the operation result.Conclusion The conjunctiva approach with orbital fat replacement and internal fixation has a stable efiect and is a safe treatment.
