摘  要:脱发是皮肤科的常见疾病,主要根源为雄激素、压力、环境、代谢、年龄和营养等,其中雄激素性秃发、斑秃和休止期脱发发病率最高。治疗方法主要包括抗雄治疗、糖皮质激素和免疫调节剂。近些年,营养补剂在脱发疾病治疗中的作用受到日益关注,尝试将其作为一种新的辅助治疗手段。营养补剂的基本成分包括动植物提取物、维生素、微量营养素等,目前也有多种复合营养补剂综合配比基本成分。本文对营养补剂的作用机理及其在脱发疾病中的应用进展做一综述。Hair loss is a common dermatological issue,stemming from factors of androgen,psychological pressure,environmental hazards,imbalanced metabolism,aging and nutrient deficiency.The subtypes yielding the highest incidence are androgenetic alopecia,alopecia areata,and telogen effluvium and can be treated with anti-androgenic therapy,corticosteroids,and immunomodulators.In recent years,researchers have increasingly recognized the potential of nutritional supplements as adjuvant therapy for hair loss diseases,such as those containing plant and animal extracts,vitamins,and micronutrients as their basic components.Multi-ingredient supplements are widely available on the market and have established much presence in the management of alopecia.This article thus aims to review the mechanism of nutritional supplements and their application in treating hair loss diseases.
