摘　　要：谷文昌先进事迹具有心中有党、信念坚定,心中有民、造福人民,心中有责、实干担当,心中有戒,廉洁奉公等价值内涵,对高校年轻干部具有示范引领作用,有利于年轻干部坚定理想信念、牢记服务宗旨、增强干事本领、树立廉洁意识。践行谷文昌先进事迹,培养新时代优秀年轻干部,要注重年轻干部的教育培养、规范年轻干部的选拔任用、强化年轻干部的监督管理。Gu Wenchang's advanced deeds embody the values of loyalty to the Party,unwavering beliefs,service to the people,responsibility and capability,and honesty and uprightness.They serve as a model and guidance for young cadres in colleges,helping them to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,remember their service purposes,enhance their abilities,and cultivate integrity.To cultivate excellent young cadres in the new era by following Gu Wenchang's advanced deeds,it is necessary to focus on their education and training,standardize their selection and appointment,and strengthen their supervision and management.
