人参叶葡萄籽胶囊抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：研究人参叶葡萄籽胶囊的抗氧化活性。采用动物试验,经口给予老龄雌性小鼠人参叶葡萄籽胶囊55 d后测定小鼠心肌脂褐质含量、血清超氧化物歧化酶活力及全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力。结果表明,与空白对照组相比较,该产品可在0.2 g/(kg·Bw)组和0.6 g/(kg·Bw)组降低小鼠心肌脂褐质,提高全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力,且对小鼠体重增长无不良影响。人参叶葡萄籽胶囊以中医理论为基础组方,研究证明该产品具有良好的抗氧化功能,并为类似产品的开发提供参考依据。The antioxidant activity of ginseng leaf and grape seed capsule was tested,and pharmacological experiment was adopted.The contents of myocardial lipofuscin,the activity of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in whole blood of aged female mice were measured by oral administration of ginseng leaf and grape seed capsule for 55 d.The results showed that compared with the blank control group,the capsule could reduce myocardial lipofuscin and improve the activity of glutathione peroxidase in 0.2 g/(kg·Bw) group and 0.6 g/(kg·Bw) group.It had no adverse effect on the weight of mice.Ginseng leaf grape seed capsules are formulated based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It is verified that the product has good antioxidant function,and provides a reference for the development of similar products.
