摘 要:随着消费者日益提高的生活质量和对健康生活的需求,保障乳制品的质量安全让消费者得到更多优质、营养的乳制品,是国家对企业的要求,也是行业对企业的期许,更是企业践行社会责任的必然。质量体系认证是由公正的第三方体系认证机构,依据正式发布的质量体系标准,对企业的质量体系实施评定,并颁发体系认证证书和发布注册名录,向公众证明企业的质量体系符合某一质量体系标准的全部活动。基于国内优秀的知名乳品企业多年的积极实践和运用的经验,分析探讨质量体系认证给乳制品企业高质量发展带来的助力作用。质量体系的认证和推行,给乳制品企业带来成熟的管理模式,也给企业的发展注入可持续的动力。With the increasing quality of life and the demand for healthy life of consumers,ensuring the quality and safety of dairy products and allowing consumers to get more high-quality and nutritious dairy products is the requirements of the state for enterprises,the expectations of the industry for enterprises,and the necessity for enterprises to practice social responsibility.Quality system certification is all the activities of an impartial third-party system certification body to evaluate the quality system of an enterprise,issue system certification certificates and publish registration directories,and to prove to the public that the quality system of an enterprise conforms to a certain quality system standard according to the officially issued quality system standards.Based on the years of positive practice and application experience of domestic excellent well-known dairy enterprises,this paper analyzes and discusses the role of quality system certification in promoting the high-quality development of dairy enterprises.The certification and implementation of the quality system have brought a mature management model to dairy enterprises,and also injected sustainable impetus into the development of enterprises.
