摘　　要：中小学武术教师在武术教学中发挥着重要作用,加强中小学武术教师专业化发展是提高武术教学质量的重要途径,因此探析中小学武术教师专业化发展路径已成为武术教学高质量发展的应然之举。本文通过收集文献综述,对中小学武术教师专业化困境进行分析,并在此基础上探析中小学武术教师专业化发展路径。Wushu(martial arts)teachers in primary and secondary schools play an important role in wushu teaching.Strengthening the professional development of wushu teachers in primary and secondary schools is an important way to improve the quality of wushu teaching.Therefore,exploring their professional development path has become a necessary step for the high-quality development of wushu teaching.This paper analyzes the current situation of wushu teachers'professionalization in primary and secondary schools by literature review,and explores the professional development path of wushu teachers in primary and secondary schools on this basis.
