摘  要:目的 通过调查新疆医疗卫生机构编码员对非物质激励需求情况,分析需求特征,为完善编码员激励制度提供参考。方法 2021年1月1日-2021年12月31日对新疆维吾尔自治区71所医疗卫生机构的273名编码员,运用一般资料调查问卷、非物质激励调查问卷进行非物质激励需求水平调查,建立回归模型,使用SPSS19.0统计软件对非物质激励影响因素进行分析。结果 新疆编码员非物质激励需求重要性位于较为重要程度水平(4.57±0.21)分。一级指标需求重要性由高至低依次为自我实现(4.76±0.32)分、工作条件(4.69±0.28)分、情感尊重(4.57±0.25)分、组织条件(4.47±0.16)分、职工服务(4.37±0.23)分;二级指标中,编码员对工作中能提升自身能力激励需求得分最高(4.91±0.34)分,提供职工宿舍得分最低(3.67±0.35)分。结论 疆维吾尔自治区病案编码员对非物质激励需求较高,自我实现是编码员最重视的激励因素,编码员渴望在工作中获得肯定与尊重。Objectives By investigating the non-material incentive requirements of medical record coders in medical and health institutions in Xinjiang,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the requirements so as to provide reference for improving the coder incentive system.MethodsTaking January 1st,2021 to December 31st,2021 as the research time interval,273 coders from 71 medical and health institutions as the survey objects,the coders'requirements level for non-material incentives was investigated by using the general information questionnaire and the non-material incentive questionnaire,the regression model was established,and the influencing factors of non-material incentives were analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Results The importance of non-material incentive requirements of coders in Xinjiang was at a relatively important level(4.57±0.21 points).From high to low,the importance of first-class index requirements were 4.76±0.32 points for self-actualization,4.69±0.28 points for working conditions,4.57±0.25 points for emotional respect,4.47±0.16 points for organizational conditions and 4.37±0.23 points for employee service;Among the secondary indicators,the coder scored the highest score of 4.91±0.34 for the incentive requirements to improve ability at work,and the lowest score of 3.67±0.35 for the provision of staff dormitory.ConclusionsMedical record coders in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region had a high demand for non-material incentives.self-actualization was the most important incentive factor for coders.Coders were eager to be affirmed and respected in their work.
