摘 要:选取弹条拱跨、半拱跨、弹程、中肢拱高、边肢拱高、弹条中肢半径、边肢尾部半径、边肢侧部半径、圆心横向距离和弹条直径10个几何参数,依据正交试验设计法设计27个W2型弹条试验件,试验研究弹条几何参数对于疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明:弹条10个几何参数对疲劳性能具有显著影响,可解释加载后W2型弹条中肢竖向位移变化量的变化原因以及加载后最大应变量的变化原因。根据试验结果推断:弹条中肢拱高和弹条直径对于W2型弹条加载后的弹条中肢竖向位移变化量具有显著影响,弹条半拱跨、边肢拱高和弹条直径对于W2型弹条加载后的最大应变量具有显著影响;影响疲劳性能最主要的因素为弹条中肢拱高、半拱跨、边肢拱高、弹条直径以及弹条中肢半径。Ten geometric parameters,including arch span,halfarch span,spring deflection,middle-limb arch height,side-limb arch height,middle-limb radius,side-limb end radius,side-limb side radius,lateral distance from the circle center and rail clip diameter,are selected to design 27 W2 rail clip test pieces according to the orthogonal experimental design method to test and study the influence of geometric parameters of rail clips on fatigue performance.The experimental results show that the ten geometric parameters of the rail clip have significant effects on the fatigue performance,which can explain reasons for the changes of the vertical displacement of the middle limb and the changes of the maximum strain of the W2 rail clip after loading.It is inferred from the experimental results that the middlelimb arch height and diameter of the rail clip have significant effects on the vertical displacement change of the middle limb of the W2 rail clip after loading,while the halfarch span of the rail clip,side-limb arch height and the rail clip diameterhave significant effects on the maximum strain of the W2 rail clip after loading,and the main factors affecting the fatigue performance are the middle-limb arch height,halfarch span,side-limb arch height,rail clip diameter and middle-limb radius.
