摘  要:为探究液压挖掘机大惯量回转能量回收潜力和价值,开展液压挖掘机回转试验分析和评价。在分析液压挖掘机液压回转系统工作原理及能量损失机理基础之上,通过试验分析大惯量回转系统启制动能量损耗占比,探究回转角度、负载状况等因素对回转能量回收潜力的影响。试验分析表明,在90°回转范围内,不同角度、不同负载工况下的液压挖掘机回转启制动可回收能量占主泵输出能量74%以上,具有显著的回转能量回收节能潜力。To explore the potential and value of maximal inertia swing energy recovery of hydraulic excavators,the hydraulic excavator swing experimental analysis and evaluation are carried out.On the basis of analyzing the working principle and energy loss mechanism of the hydraulic swing system of hydraulic excavators,the energy loss ratio of start-up and brake of maximal inertia swing system is tested and analyzed to explore the influence of factors such as swing angle and load condition on the potential for swing energy recovery.The experimental analysis shows that within the swing range of 90,the energy recovered from the swing start-up and brake of the hydraulic excavator at different angles and under different load conditions accounts for more than 74%of the output energy of the main pump,and it has a significant potential for swingenergy recovery and energy saving.
