摘  要:为解决三支点迷你型电动叉车高门架状态呼吸器冒油问题,以一款1.6 t电动叉车为研究对象,通过对该车开展各个工况试验,以模拟用户的实际使用场景,复现油箱呼吸器冒油现象和对应工况。开展油箱油液CFD流场仿真分析研究,将分析结果与实车试验结果进行对比,以验证油液晃动分析的准确性。最后对其中的呼吸器进行优化改进,结果表明:改进后的呼吸器在冒油工况的仿真分析和试验验证中均未出现冒油现象,成功解决了该问题。In order to solve the problem of oil leakage fromthe high mast breather of a threewheel mini electric forklift truck,a 1.6 t electric forklift truck is taken as the research object to carry out working condition tests to simulate the practical use scenarios of users and to reproduce the oil leakage phenomenon of the fuel tank breather and the corresponding working conditions.The CFD flow field simulation analysis of the oil in the fuel tank is studied,and the analysis results are compared with the real vehicle test results to verify the accuracy of oil sloshing analysis.Finally,the breather is optimized and improved,and the results show that the improved breather does not show oil leakage in simulation analysis and test verification under oil leakage working condition,successfully solving the problem.
