摘 要:在整个装配式建筑生命周期中,施工吊装过程是预制装配式建筑施工进度问题的重要环节。根据运筹学中旅行商问题(TSP)的运算逻辑,可以优化PC构件吊装顺序以达到高效率施工的效果。从蚂蚁群寻觅食物的时候留下信息素并逐渐获得最短路径的生理过程得到启发,本文通过建立装配式吊装调度优化模型,分别考虑人为因素和机械因素,结合原有的施工组织设计,对实际的吊装施工过程进行模拟建模,通过设定参数以及约束条件,综合应用总效应系数和蚁群算法对模型求解,获得优化吊装设计方案,进行项目工期的评估,验证了蚁群算法对于复杂的旅行商问题求解的高效性及科学性,本研究为装配式预制构件吊装流水施工的调度优化提供了新思路。In the entire life cycle of prefabricated building,the construction hoisting process is an important part of the construction progress of prefabricated building.According to the operation of traveling salesman problem(TSP),the hoisting of PC components can be optimized to make construction more efficient.Inspired by the physiological process of pheromones that ant colonies are looking for food and gradually find the shortest path.This paper establishes an optimization model for prefabricated hoisting scheduling,considers human factors and mechanical factors respectively,combines the original construction organization design to simulate and model the actual hoisting construction process,comprehensively applies the total effect coefficient and ant colony algorithm to solve the model by setting parameters and constraints,obtains the optimal hoisting design scheme and evaluates the project duration.This paper verifies the efficiency and scientificity of the ant colony algorithm for solving complex traveling salesman problem,and this study provides a new idea for the scheduling optimization of prefabricated component hoisting construction.
