摘　　要：目的 以高龋均患者唾液菌群为参照,应用高通量测序技术分析肾移植患者唾液菌群分布情况。方法 选取9名肾移植术后1年的患者为实验组,9名高龋均的患者(DMFT≥6)为对照组,采集唾液,提取DNA进行PCR扩增、测序,分析两组唾液菌群结构及多样性差异。结果 肾移植组患者与高龋均组患者唾液菌群有相似的多样性指数,指数比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。肾移植组与高龋均组患者唾液菌群均具有特定的优势菌,且保持相对稳定性,在相对丰度上存在差异,其中厚壁菌门(Firmicutes),梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria),纤毛菌属(Leptotrichia spp.),坦纳菌属(Tannerella spp.),梭菌属(Clostridium spp.)在两组间具有显著差异。结论 肾移植患者口腔微生物群落结构与高龋均人群存在差异。Objective To determine the distribution of salivary flora in renal transplant patients.Methods Salivary samples were obtained from nine patients with renal transplant and nine patients with high mean DMFT.Saliva samples DNA was extracted,amplified and sequenced.The differences of salivary flora structure and diversity between the two groups were analyzed.Results The diversity index of salivary flora in kidney transplantation group and high caries group was similar,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The salivary flora of kidney transplantation group and high caries group had specific dominant bacteria,and maintained relative stability,and there were differences in relative abundance.Among them,Firmicutes,Fusobacteria,Leptotrichia spp.,Tannerella spp.and Clostridium spp.were significantly different between the two groups.Conclusions The oral microflora structure of kidney transplantation patients is different from that of the people with high caries.
