体育功能性服装在体育教学与训练中的辅助作用分析

摘　　要：体育服装作为运动员日常参与训练的基础装备,在保障运动员发挥自身的技能水平方面具有非常重要的作用。近年来,随着我国体育事业与体育教学的飞速发展,无论是学生还是运动员均对体育服装提出了更高的要求,体育功能性服饰应运而生,不仅可以为运动员参与比赛提供保障,而且能在体育教学与体育训练中发挥辅助作用。基于体育功能性服饰的主要特征,文章分析了体育功能性服饰在体育教学与训练中的辅助作用。Sports clothing,as the basic equipment for athletes to participate in daily training,plays a very important role in ensuring that athletes can fully utilize their skills.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s sports industry and PE teaching,both students and athletes have put forward higher requirements for sports clothing.Sports functional clothing has emerged,which not only provides protection for athletes to participate in competitions,but also plays an auxiliary role in PE teaching and sports training.Based on the main characteristics of sports functional clothing,this paper analyzes the auxiliary role of sports functional clothing in PE teaching and sports training.
