摘  要:采用目的抽样法,选取成渝地区15所高校学前教育和小学教育专业的乡村定向师范生为调查对象,探讨乡村定向师范生协同培养质量的影响因素。结果显示:乡村定向师范生协同培养质量整体较高,但仍需高度关注;乡村定向师范生协同培养质量受专业准备、环境支持、学习储备、教育实践和协同实践行为等因素的影响,其中,但学习储备是影响乡村定向师范生协同培养质量的关键因素。提升乡村定向师范生协同培养质量,需建立培养联盟,完善培养机制;重构课程体系,注重情境体验;提升专业认同,增强学习动力。By using the objective sampling method,rural-targeted normal college students majoring in preschool education and primary education from 15 universities and colleges in Chengdu-Chongqing area were selected as the investigation objects,and the influencing factors of the co-cultivation quality of rural-targeted normal college students were discussed.The results are as follows:the co-cultivation quality of rural-targeted normal college students remains at a relatively high level on the whole,but it still requires great attention;the co-cultivation quality of rural-targeted normal college students is influenced by professional preparation,environmental support,academic reserve,educational practice and cooperative practice behavior,etc.,but academic reserve is the key factor influencing the co-cultivation quality of rural-targeted normal college students.To improve the co-cultivation quality of rural-targeted normal college students,it is necessary to establish cultivation alliance and improve the cultivation mechanism,reconstruct the curriculum system and focus on situational experience,promote professional identity and enhance learning motivations.
