摘 要:为研究水润滑轴承转子系统运行时转子受载不平衡导致轴颈产生倾斜的问题,针对透平式能量回收一体机转子系统以轴承在中间支撑、载荷在两端的结构特点,提出了一种通过联立转子动力学方程与雷诺方程并基于有限差分法求解滑动轴承四自由度非线性轴心轨迹的数值计算方法.采用四阶龙格库塔法迭代求解转子运动方程,系统分析了加载在轴两端的周期性载荷对转子轴心轨迹的影响.研究结果表明,叶轮受到水力激振力产生力矩,使主轴发生倾斜,主轴两端的轴心轨迹振幅明显大于中间位置;水力激振力相位差可影响转子系统的稳定性,当激振力相位差为0°时,轴颈不发生倾斜;随着水力激振力相位差增大,轴颈倾斜角度增大,轴两端的轴心轨迹振幅增大,转子系统运行稳定性变差;在主轴两端安装叶轮时应保持叶片相位角相同,可提高转子稳定性.研究成果可为高速水润滑轴承转子系统的设计提供理论指导.In order to study the jourmal misalignment problem caused by the unbalanced load of the rotor when the water-lubricated bearing rotor system running,a design for the rotor system of the turbine energy recovery integrated machine was proposed,which was supported by the bearing in the middle and loads at both ends.A numerical caleulation method for solving the four degree-of freedom nonlinear axis trajectory of a sliding bearing,based on the finite difference method by combining the otor dynamics equation and the Reynolds equation,was performed.The fourth-order Runge-Kutta method was used to iteratively solve the rotor motion equation,and the influence of the periodic loads on both ends of the shaft on the rotor axis trajectory was systematically analyzed.The research results show that the hydraulic excitation force reeived by the impeller produces a moment,which makes the main shafttilt,and the amplitude of the axis trajectory at both ends of the main shaft is significantly larger than that at the middle position.The phase diference of the hydraulie exeitation force received by the impeller alects the stability of the rotor system.When the force phase difference is 0°,the joumal does not tilt.As the phase difference of the hydraulic excitation force received by the impeller increases,the tilt angle of the joumal increases,the amplitude of the axis trajectory at both ends of the shalft increases,and the operation stability of the rotor system as well increases.When installing impellers at both ends of the main shaft,the phase angle of the blades should be kept the same,which can improve the stability of the rotor.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical guidance for the design of high-speed waterlubricated bearing rotor system.
