摘　　要：围绕社会变迁与单位转型所带来的社区治理议题,单位社区常被置于“治理的社区”“活化的社区”等话语体系中,与之相应,“单位人”的主体性亦常被忽略。然而,在社会记忆的理论视角下,“单位人”凭借联结过往与再造认同的个体讲述、回溯生命与体验愉悦的文本书写、时空切换与情感在场的身心互嵌,有意识地“寻找回来的世界”并“建构未来的世界”。他们将过往的社区生活重塑,以此编织出共同体的新形态。在此意义上,单位社区保存了时空维度、社会情境与体制内省,具有了记忆共同体的复合意涵,成为“单位人”的回忆之场,并蜕变为一种“记忆社区”。它在诠释了记忆社区何以可能的同时,亦为当下的社区治理带来启示。In the issue of community governance in the context of social change and work-unit transformation,the work-unit community is often placed in the discourse system of"community of governance"and"community of revitalization."Accordingly,the subjectivity of"work-unit people"is ignored.However,under the perspective of social memory theory,"work-unit people"consciously"search for the past world"and"construct the world of the future"through individual narratives that link the past and recreate identity,textual writing that recalls life and experiences pleasures,and physical and mental interplay that switches time,space and emotional presence.In this sense,the workunit community preserves the temporal and spatial dimensions,social context,and institutional introspection,thereby taking on the composite connotation of a community of memory.It explains how memory communities are possible and sheds light on community governance.
