摘 要:随着电力企业的发展,以往的管理工作模式难以满足广度、深度、精细度更高的要求,工作模式的局限性日益明显。对此,构建了电力企业安全管理全面规范化生产维护体系。分析了全面规范化生产维护体系内涵,介绍了主要做法和实际效果。通过全面规范化生产维护体系,可以实现电网结构和输配电系统标准化,使设备运行高效化,进一步筑牢电网根基,提高电网质量,并且提升经济效益。With the development of power enterprise,previous management working model has difficulty in meeting the higher requirements of breadth,depth and precision,and the limitation of working model is becoming increasingly apparent.A total normalized productive maintenance system for safety management in power enterprise was thus established.The connotation of the total normalized productive maintenance system was analyzed,as well as the main method and practical effect were introduced.By the total normalized productive maintenance system,the standardization of power grid structure and transmission and distribution system can be achieved,and the equipment can be operated efficiently,thus further strengthening the foundation of power grid,improving the quality of power grid,and enhancing economic benefit.
