摘  要:为了实现纬编针织物三维结构的建模与仿真,在研究纬编针织物线圈编织原理的基础上,采用OpenGL技术并改进算法实现对纬编针织物的快速建模。本文通过网格模型可以快速、准确地确定纬编线圈控制点的三维坐标。通过分段三次插值算法得到线圈三维空间模型的型值点坐标,再利用改进的弯曲管线生成算法,实现线圈三维模型的仿真。该方法借助OpenGL实现了计算与绘图的分离,极大地提升了绘制模型的速度。In order to realize 3D modeling and simulation of weft knitted fabric,OpenGL technology and improved algorithm were used to realize rapid modeling of weft kntted fabric based on the principle of weft knitted loop formation.In this paper,the grid model could be used to quickly and accurately determine the three-dimensional coordinates of the control points of the weft knitted loop.Based on the piecewise cubic interpolation algorithm,the coordinate values of the three-dimensional space model of the loop were obtained,and then the improved bending pipeline generation algorithm was used to realize the simulation of the three-dimensional model of the loop.This method realized the separation of calculation and drawing by OpenGL,which greatly improved the speed of model drawing.
