摘  要:地铁施工中的变形监测一直是地铁建设过程中最重要的一项工作,监测结论可以作为建设单位衡量施工安全的重要指标之一。利用先进的监测技术方法,不仅监测数据获取方便快捷、精度高,还能及时的将数据提供给建设单位,指导地铁安全施工。文章着重介绍测量机器人自由设站技术的基本原理及作业流程,并将此技术方法应用于地铁深基坑桩顶水平位移监测中,从而实现对复杂条件下基坑水平位移的高精度监测;同时该方法也应用到新建地铁隧道下穿既有线过程中,对既有线隧道道床结构沉降、隧道收敛、水平位移等监测项目进行自动化监测。测量机器人实时对各项进行监测,依据监测数据的分析,确保既有线的安全运营,同时也为新隧道的安全施工提供准确数据。实践表明,测量机器人实时自动化监测方法具有监测精度高、范围广、操作灵活、适应性强、工作效率高等优点,不仅可以在地铁深基坑水平位移监测、隧道下穿既有线的隧道施工中积极应用,提高监测频率和精度,对确保隧道的施工安全有一定的借鉴意义,还可进一步推广应用到复杂外形的建/构筑物的三维变形监测。The deformation monitoring of subway construction is always the most important work in the process of subway construction.The monitoring conclusion can be used as one of the important indicators by the construction organization to measure the construction safety and guide the safe construction.Advanced monitoring technology and methods not only can obtain the monitoring data quickly and easily with high accuracy,but also can provide the construction organization the data to guide the safe construction of the subway in time.This paper mainly introduced the basic principle and operation process of the automatic observation technology of the measuring robot,and applied this technology to monitor the horizontal displacement of the pile top of the deep foundation pit of the subway,so as to realize the high-precision monitoring of the horizontal displacement of the foundation pit under complex conditions.The measuring robot was applied to the automatic monitoring of the existing line tunnel structure settlement,clearance convergence,horizontal displacement,differential settlement on both sides of the deformation joint,track bed settlement and other monitoring items during the process of the new subway tunnel crossing the existing line.Through realtime monitoring of various items and analysis of monitoring data,the safe operation of the existing line was ensured and provided accurate data for the safe construction of the new tunnel.The practice shows that the real-time automatic monitoring method of total station has the advantages of high monitoring accuracy,wide range,flexible operation,strong adaptability and high efficiency.Therefore,the real-time automatic monitoring with total station can not only be actively applied in the horizontal displacement monitoring of subway deep foundation pit and the tunnel construction under the existing line,but also will improve the monitoring frequency and accuracy and ensure the construction safety of the tunnel,and therfore can be used in feature three-dimensional deformation mon
