摘　　要：活泼亚甲基化合物丙二酸二乙酯是一种重要的精细有机化工中间体,广泛应用于医药、农药、染料和香料等工业.从分子设计、构效关系、工艺流程等方面入手,研究了丙二酸二乙酯在合成各种类型的羧酸、羧酸衍生物及酮等化合物方面的应用,为丙二酸二乙酯合成法合成多种新型生物活性化合物提供了更多的思路和方法.The active methylene compound diethyl malonate is an important fine organic chemical intermediate, widely used in medicine, pesticides, dyes, spices, and other industries. Starting with molecular design, structure activity relationship, and process flow, the applications of diethyl malonate in the synthesis of various types of carboxylic acids, carboxylic acid derivatives, ketones, and other compounds were studied, providing more ideas and methods for the synthesis of various new bio-active compounds using diethyl malonate.
